We bring people into our community through stellar hospitality, support local businesses and give our guests a great reason to return.

Currently, all SHIRE HOME CO. | Vacation Rental properties do not allow pets.

We are happy to accommodate this request when we can. Our standard check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this.
If we can, here is our policy:
Early Check-In
1:00-3:00pm - Complimentary!
Inquire no more than 24 hours in advance and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you!
If you're hoping to arrive earlier than 1pm, we invite you to reserve the night before or the night after to ensure you can arrive at your leisure.
Late Check Out
12pm - $50
We will send you a reminder message 24 hours prior to your check out and request to hear from you by 6pm so that we can coordinate with our turnover team.

Accidents happens and we understand that! Please notify our team so that we can work on replacing or repairing the item and your damage waiver (included in each reservation) will pay for it.

Cancellation policies will be stated in each listing. If you would like more protection when traveling, we encourage guests to purchase travel insurance.
You will receive a link to travel insurance options upon confirmation of your booking.
